Someone Dropped 24 Minutes of GTA 6 and Half the Internet Yelled Spoiler

A clip titled like a parody of Rockstar's own Extended Look is circulating with cutscenes, Jason and Lucia, and first-person driving. A lot of it may be debug tools. November 19 has not moved.

Someone Dropped 24 Minutes of GTA 6 and Half the Internet Yelled Spoiler

If you are trying to walk into Vice City cold on November 19, close the tab. A new unauthorized clip, about 24 minutes, is going around under a title that winks at Rockstar’s own Extended Look. People who have seen it say it shows story scenes, Jason and Lucia actually moving through them, and driving from a first-person camera.

Treat the details like a rumor with a progress bar. Earlier leaks this year were ugly enough that Take-Two opened an investigation, and in August Rockstar called the situation heartbreaking for the team that made the game and unfortunate for anyone who wanted to meet Leonida without a flowchart. The company did not move the date. It is still November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The new footage has the extra problem every pre-release build has. Some of what is on screen, including states the characters are not meant to be seen in, looks like something a developer switch turned on, not like a feature from the box. Fans have been warning each other in the replies anyway, because a cutscene spoils whether the switch was official or not.

The person posting it has also been asking for money for a separate project, which is its own reason to be bored of the whole performance. Rockstar already spent the summer letting a magazine in, mailing merch to streamers, and finally talking about how the cops and the robberies work. The game is six weeks out. The people uploading the rest of it are not doing you a favor if you still want the first hour to feel like the first hour.
